What is Sky Digital
Sky Digital is the UK’s leading digital satellite TV service with over 600 free and premium pay channels. To receive Sky Digital you need a satellite dish and a Sky Digital receiver box. The standard Sky Digital receiver box is supplied FREE by Sky and there is a one off payment for both the Sky Plus and Sky Plus HD receiver boxes.
What is Sky Plus & Sky Plus HD
Sky Plus is a Sky digital receiver box with a built in personal video recorder (PVR). With Sky Plus you can record, pause or rewind live TV and access Sky Anytime – a selection of programmes that are available for a limited time, on demand.
Sky Plus HD is a Sky Plus receiver and PVR capable of receiving programmes in high definition (HD).
How much does Sky cost?
Sky Digital starts at only £19 a month for 1 entertainment mix and costs £24 a month for all six entertainment mixes.The sports and film premium mixes are an additional cost.

Sky Multiroom - if you want Sky in more than room, you can subscribe to Sky Multiroom. This means you and your family can watch different sky channels at the same time in different rooms, on different Sky boxes. Multiroom costs £10 a month for each extra room plus a one off connection charge and a cost for an additional Sky receiver box. After your initial box, Sky Boxes cost more for Multiroom.

Sky Broadband & Sky Talk - if you subscribe to Sky Digital you can also take Sky Broadband and the Sky Talk phone service. If you take out a Sky Talk package, Sky Broadband is supplied FREE for the 20Mb Sky Everyday Lite package, and is only £7.50 a month for Sky Broadband Unlimited (also up to 20Mb). Don’t want Sky Talk but want Sky Broadband? Then Sky Broadband Everyday Lite up to 20Mb costs £5 a month and Sky Broadband Unlimited I up to 20Mb is £12.50 a month.
