It can handle DVD Video , VCD, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD Audio, SACD, CD (Audio), CD-R and CD-RW meaning you have the choice to watch both the latest blockbuster releases and your family DVD’s such as those special occasions and holiday memories captured on DVD. It can also play MP3 files which is nice if you have a large digital music collection that you would like to hear in high quality surround sound.
