Nice set, works very well, good picture etc.
BUT the sound is always late relative to the picture!!
Why??
What will you do about it, or how do I get a refund as it is not fit for the purpose!!

Which retailer did you buy it from as you will need to return it to them to get it exchanged or a refund?
